The purposes for which TEARS has been established, are summed up in its Mission Statement. TEARS is a world development, relief and advocacy organisation responding to global poverty and injustice. Our mission is for a just and compassionate world in which all people have the opportunity to achieve their God-given potential.

Mission

TEARS is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.

TEARS is to deploy best possible methodology and technology for achieving ideal SROI (social return on investment), to practice and promote good governance. To link business competitiveness of the corporate with social development initiatives; also to sensitize privileged children, youth and citizens in general to promote Civic Driven Change.
